<p dir="ltr">Teams can be hugely beneficial in the real estate industry. There are more opportunities to learn from each other and delegate work based on strengths and specializations. There are even financial reasons for real estate teams. With more agents come more leads, comes more sales and, therefore, income. </p>
<p dir="ltr">At Wise Agent, we focus on making our CRM team-friendly! The CRM that’s great for yourself is even better with a real estate team, no matter how your team is structured.</p>
<p dir="ltr">There are three ways to set up your team within Wise Agent - as an inside team, an inside team with permissions, or an outside team. </p>
<p dir="ltr">The right set-up for your team will depend on how you all work together. Most of our members have a combination of all three types of team members. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Let’s take a look at each type of team member and how they differ:</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Inside Team Members</h2>
<p dir="ltr">Inside Team Members are under one account and share the same username and password. All Inside Team Members can be logged into Wise Agent simultaneously on different computers. </p>
<p dir="ltr">You can still assign specific tasks or appointments to an individual, and you can separate the view for contact list, commissions, tasks, and more by specific team members. There is no extra charge for up to four inside team members (5 total team members including the primary account holder).</p>
<p dir="ltr">This team member set-up is best for those that work in a smaller team and work closely together. All information in the CRM will be accessible to all inside team members. This is also a good choice if you have an administrative assistant that you want to have access to your notes and calendar.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Inside Team Members With Permissions</h2>
<p dir="ltr">The second option is to create custom logins for your inside team members with set permissions. With this option, you can choose what they can see and edit within the account. The permissions can vary per team member, and each team member would have their own login information for the same account. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Essentially, the primary user serves as an "admin" on the account, controlling what the other team members can see or do. Permissions can be set for everything from contacts, calendars, and even specific integrations. There is a separate $20 monthly charge for each additional login with permissions.</p>
<p dir="ltr">This type of set-up works well for those who work together on a team, want to have access to a singular “team” calendar, but don’t want to keep specific clients separate from one another. </p>
<p dir="ltr">This is also a good option to ensure that important client information is not deleted or edited from the database unless a team member has permission to do so. </p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Outside Team Members</h2>
<p dir="ltr">Lastly, you can add an outside team member. These are team members that have a separate Wise Agent account and do not share yours. However, you can “link” your accounts to send each other information, such as clients, appointments, and leads. </p>
<p dir="ltr">You are also able to distribute incoming leads from one Wise Agent account to another account that is an Outside Team Member, as well as track these leads. You can choose to have the notes and status of shared leads automatically updated within your Contact Summary for leads you have shared to Outside Team Members. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Lastly, you can share marketing campaigns, transaction checklists, letters, appointments, and more with outside team members. This allows you to work closely with Outside Team Members even though they are not in your account. </p>
<p dir="ltr">There is a separate $49/mo charge for each account when utilizing the outside team member set up, and there is no limit to the number of accounts you can link.</p>
<p dir="ltr">This team setup is ideal for agents working under a brokerage that distributes leads, but are responsible for following up with those leads on their own. Updates on lead statuses can be communicated effortlessly through this setup as well.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Giving Outside Team Members Log-In Access</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">Wise Agent also gives Outside Team members the option to grant and request log in access to other Outside Team accounts.</p>

<p dir="ltr">This new feature is great for a Broker or Team Lead because you can instantly log in to your team member’s account to access planner events, marketing materials, set goals, and more. With this feature you can work more seamlessly together, letting you get more done and stay accountable with your goals.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Wise Agent understands that each real estate team works in their unique way. Some share everything with their team, and some are more selective. Some team members might need access to the entire CRM, whereas one person may only be involved in marketing, and another is solely responsible for entering leads. </p>
